Mr. Creinin is the successful founder, president and chief executive officer of Coastal Lifestyles, Inc., in South Padre Island, Texas, a property management and vacation rental business. Established in 2006 and now employing over 45 individuals, Coastal Lifestyles specializes in overseeing various properties, as well as luxury accommodations for clients, which notably includes pre-arrival shopping, babysitting, and rental car and security services.
At Coastal Lifestyles, Mr. Creinin works diligently to ensure that every client can secure their dream vacation home at a price they can afford and with the amenities they desire. By offering a large selection of condominiums and beach houses, he is better able to customize each vacation to fit the needs of each couple, family or group, leaving everyone completely satisfied.
Possessing a career in hospitality that began 40 years ago, Mr. Creinin first worked as a sous chef for Americana Hotels and Marriott Hotels. He then spent nearly three decades as an executive chef for Americana Hotels in Wyoming and New Jersey, for the Americana Royal Dutch Resort in Disney Village, Florida, and for Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa in Destin, Florida, where he was the executive chef, the food and beverage director and the hotel manager. Mr. Creinin was also the corporate executive chef for the Kahler Hotel Corporation in Rochester, MN. Here he is credited with creating and being elected as the Charter President of the South Eastern Minnesota Chefs Association and oversaw an operation of over 120 cooks and chefs, a 14-person full line European bakery operation, an ice cream manufacturing facility, 7 full service food and beverage outlets and the capacity to perform catering events in excess of 6,000 people. Additionally, Mr. Creinin owned his own restaurant, Gabriella’s Italian Grill and Pizzeria, in South Padre Island for some time and worked in consulting before relocating to fulfill his new passion for real estate. He received two Senate Proclamations and The State of Texas Small Business Award from Governor Greg Abbott, as well as CEO of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals in 2022.
Mr. Creinin has been involved in his community by participating with several local charitable organizations. He is presently active on the board of directors of the South Padre Island Convention and Visitors Bureau since 2012. To remain abreast of current vocational trends, Mr. Creinin is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Highlighting his success, he was featured in the 2016 edition of Pro-Files Magazine and, as a celebrated Marquis listee, has been cited in the 71st edition of Who’s Who in America.
